1. Know who you’re reaching out to and start out your email with “Hi their name” to make it personalized. Not only does this show that you’re doing your research but it’s a great way to keep your email from immediately going into the trash. 🗑️
   1. Make sure to be emailing the designated person for this! You can ask them in the email if there’s someone else you should be reaching out to, in case you’re not sure.
2. Mention the brand and why you love it in the email.
   1. Influencer marketing managers receive hundreds of pitches and know when it’s a mass email vs. one that is personalized. Those usually don’t get a reply, because in the vast pool of influencers, brands want to work with creators who truly love their products!
3. Include any content you’ve made featuring their products in the past. It doesn’t have to be show-stopping, professionally content—anything you can send to the brand to let them know that you’ve used (and posted about) their products before can go a long way! ⭐
4. If you have notable insights, make sure to include a snapshot of this.
5. Include ideas! You can grab a brand’s attention by bringing ideas to the table right away.
   1. You may recommend a “get ready with me” video implementing their new setting spray, or a “take my wardrobe from summer to fall with me” video featuring their new boots.
6. If you haven’t heard back for a week or so, don’t hesitate to send a follow up email. 📮

Hope you’re well! My name is Alaia, and I create beauty and makeup content. I’m a big fan of your liquid blushes and have religiously incorporated into my daily makeup routine as it lasts all day.

I’ve featured the blush in this reel where my audience raved about it as well and received several questions about it! I’d love to create dedicated content for [brand] and have included a snapshot of my insights below:

• I average 150,000 monthly impressions.
• I have a total of 36,000 followers across all socials.
• My Instagram community has a 7% engagement rate.
• Within the last year, l've created content for Rare Beauty, MAC, Sephora, and over 12 other brands within the beauty space.

I’d love to create a reel where I’m yapping to my followers as they love that — while highlighting the blush and why it’s perfect for your everyday makeup routine. Another idea I had is trying to do my entire makeup routine only using the blush!
